The Catholic Long Term Care Network (CLTCN) was founded to make sure that, when long-term care becomes necessary, the Catholic community — as well as members of other faiths — could look to CLTCN members for high-quality care, rooted in Catholic values.

Each of our nine independent members provides care based on the belief that each person is unique, created in the divine image, and worthy of respect and dignity. We share a special concern for the values of compassion, human dignity, individualized attention, and the spiritual dimension of life.

The CLTCN encourages you to seek information about care for your loved ones before it becomes immediately necessary. This Web site is designed to be a resource to help you answer questions about long-term care and to connect you with others involved with care for the aging — including those in our Speakers Bureau.

We also invite you to experience the Web sites and facilities of our members and begin to see for yourself how they breathe individual life into their common commitment to care in the Catholic tradition.
